Rice bowls in porcelain with green and gold decoration. Oro di Doccia Collection.
They are distinguished by a magenta-red decoration depicting the famous Ginori 1735 roosters immersed in a pattern of flowers and ears of corn. Distinctive gold threading embellishes the entire element. They complement the Oriental service of the same line, also combining the three available colors, to serve rice dishes following the Japanese tradition. The Oro di Doccia collection tells a story of tradition and craftsmanship. Its distinctive character is embodied in the authentic decoration inspired by the famous sketches of painter Ferdinando Campostrini, an artist for the Manifattura in 1740. The marriage of past and present results in works of art that carry forward the artistic legacy and refined details that distinguish Ginori 1735 production.
